Make one project from centerline modeling metthod and same project with insertion point of beam or column while modeling and check bmd sfd and moment and compare both ,at last tell is insertion point better or centerline.
Sir how you are confident to design this kind of structure, Generally I feel not confident when soil properties are very bad and Value Engineering in Foundation Design Push me in the fear Zone. And mostly the contractor who is constructing this type of building they do more corruptions in material quality and not providing providing proper shuttering
I go to the site before the casting to make sure the drawings are executed properly. And I don't give the factor of safety less than 1.5. Many engineers take 1.2 or 1.3. They do this to reduce the size of the members and save material cost for the contractor and the client. However, doing so reduces the life of the structure itself. It takes time but there are good contracts in the market, and always try to work with clients who are okay with paying you premium value. Eight might say 'no' out of ten. But two will agree. Hold onto a job until this side picks up. That way you won't have too much pressure to find projects.
